1. Does the Rat Zapper work?
   It’s our most frequently asked question and we’re proud to say, emphatically, yes! Our Rat Zappers humanely kill rats AND mice, and work more effectively than any standard mouse trap or rat trap.
    
2. Is RatZapper guaranteed to work?
   You bet! Try the Rat Zapper in your home and experience for yourself the freedom from inhumane poisons, snap and glue-type mouse traps and rat traps. Most issues can be resolved by email or over the phone. We also offer a one year parts and labor warranty, again with proof of purchase. You have nothing to lose…except your rodent problem!
    
3. Is Rat Zapper simple to use?
   Absolutely! Just bait with ordinary, dry pet food or other dry bait. The high-tech system senses the rodent’s presence and delivers enough electrical energy to quickly and humanely send him to the Great Cheese Ball in the sky.
    
4. What’s the difference between the Rat Zapper Classic and Rat Zapper Ultra?
   You’ll get longer battery life and about 30 kills per set of regular D-size batteries with the larger-sized Rat Zapper Ultra, which can accommodate bigger rodents as well as small mice. It also comes with a special battery check light. The original Rat Zapper Classic will give you about 10 kills with AA-size Duracell Ultras with M3 Technology or Energizer Titanium E2’s, or about 30 kills with Energizer E2 Lithiums.
    
5. Why is the Rat Zapper better than any other rodent control?
   • Poisons: Poisoned rodents become disoriented and take up to 10 days to die, during which time they become easy prey and poison time bombs for wildlife and your pets.  Rat Zapper lets you kill rats without poison while keeping your pets safe.
   • Snap MouseTraps/Rat Traps: Bloody, gory, inhumane and often ineffective. A mouse trap won’t work on a rat and a rat trap won’t work on a mouse. The Rat Zapper works on both.
   • Glue Boards: Inhumane, and ineffective with rats.
