Try the Rat Zapper and experience for yourself the freedom from inhumane poisons, snap and glue traps. If you are not completely satisfied with the Rat Zapper simply email us at help@ratzapperonline.com and we will direct you to the place to get your problem solved. Most issues can be resolved by the manufacture over the phone or by email.

Returns

If, after your troubleshooting efforts with AgriZap, they determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper they will issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) along with return instructions. We cannot accept return shipments of any kind here at RatZapperOnline.

Refunds

In the event that a refund is necessary, we will gladly issue your refund for the purchase price of the product less a $5.00 re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Proper Product Disposal

When your Rat Zapper dies and it is time to dispose of it, please check out the link below for the National Safety Council Electronic Equipment Recyclers and do thr green thing with your old Rat Zapper.
