Returns If, after your troubleshooting efforts with AgriZap, they determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper they will issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) along with return instructions. We cannot accept return shipments of any kind here at RatZapperOnline. Refunds In the event that a refund is necessary, we will gladly issue your refund for the purchase price of the product less a $5.00 re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping Our goal is to have your order shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground. A tracking number will then be emailed to you. Delivery varies from 2 to 5 working days in the domestic United States. If your order contains both in-stock and out of stock items, we will process and ship the in-stock item(s) and ship within our standard shipping window.
